  If you are selling your property we will visit for a free consultation and provide an opinion without obligation. Produce full property details approved by yourself with photographs. These are sent direct to applicants expressing positive interest, and advertise your property on this website.
  
  At our/your discretion, we will advertise your property regionally in local press.
  
  With approval and if deemed correct seek further exposure through the press and trade papers with publicity releases.
  Advise and guide through the process and introduce to our contacts if further help is required.
  
  Daren Knipe will personally negotiate a fee on a commission or fixed fee basis that fits your requirements (No sale - no fee).
  
  This means you can tailor the type of exposure that fits your requirements and budget your sale.
  
  (We ask for a small upfront non-refundable marketing fee that starts from as little as £350 on all new instructions, fee may vary according to the type of exposure required).
